Schedule of Garbhsanskar

Garbh Sanskar has to be done right from conception to 9'th month . According to Ayurveda monthwise development of a baby is different . Every month baby develops new parts, according to that some changes has to be done by mother it's called as " masanumasik paricharya".

Garbh Sanskar includes

• Monthwise diet of a pregnant mother for complete development of a child.
• Stress reliving techniques: As stress , strain & depression becomes a undividable part of modern life style,that stress relief is mandatory,because stressful condition in pregnancy secreates "Aderenaline harmones" that may alter baby's development.
• Yoga during Pregnancy: Includes individuals sessions for pregnant ladies.according to physical condition of a mother.
• Basti traeatment for "Sukh prasuti". In 9'th month an ayurvedic procedure is done called as "Basti". In this medicated oil is used to strengthen pelvic muscles that causes of elasticity of muscles & relives labour pains.
• Music Therapy: Antenantal music exposure to pregnant mother causes a significant changes in the behavior of baby. According to trimester musical clips of specific freqencies are provided to mother for listening. Along with this other sessions are also involved for brain development of a baby.
